school or community who will be committed to supporting the chapter. This role is required for student chapters and must be a school employee; professional chapter advisors are recommended.<\/p>\n<h4>Advisor Track<\/h4>\n<p>Offered at the largest gathering of Hispanics in STEM, the Advisor Track is hosted as a part of <a href=\"https:\/\/shpe.org\/engage\/events\/national-convention\/\">SHPE National Convention<\/a>.
